4. Eligibility for Degrees Obtained Before 2017: The award is not available to those who earned a bachelor's or master's degree before 2017.

5. Currently Enrolled College Students: You may still apply if you are pursuing your first degree or bachelor's degree, provided that you finish your studies before enrolling in Stanford Graduate School.

6. Graduate Degree Holders: As long as your first or bachelor's degree was obtained in 2017 or after, you are eligible to apply for the scholarship in 2024 if you already have a graduate degree.

7. English Proficiency: Results of an English proficiency exam are not needed to be submitted by applicants who have graduated from or anticipate graduating from a university where English is the only language of instruction.
