  3. Select the Advanced Options option.

  4. Enter your proxy port and hostname after choosing Manual. Select Proxy Auto-Config if you have a PAC file, and Android will prompt you to enter your PAC address.

  5. Press Save.

Google Chrome

  1. Navigate to the Settings option on the Chrome toolbar.

  2. Scroll down to "Show advanced settings..." and select it.

  3. Choose "Open your computer's proxy settings" after swiping to the System menu.

  4. Go back to your operating system's (Windows or macOS) instructions and enter the proxy server settings.

Firefox

  1. Click the Firefox menu and select Preferences.

  2. Click on the Advanced icon.

  3. Select the tab for networks.

  4. Go to Connection Settings and select "Auto-detect proxy configuration for this network." Next, type in your proxy's address.

  5. "Use system proxy settings" is another option that you have under Connection Settings. Firefox will use your operating system's proxy settings if you do that.

  6. Click OK to preserve your configuration.
